The Visions4 staff is pleased to announce that a date has been set for our annual bake sale, just in time for Valentine’s Day!
Since it’s that special time of year again--when love is in the air and everyone gets that strange floating feeling whenever that special someone is around--chocolates, roses, and a few heart-shaped pizzas are sure to fly off the grocery store shelves. However, if you are looking to step away from the cliche gifts and would prefer a more personal, hand-made treat for your better half, stop by the Randall Library Plaza Area (just beyond the front steps) to pick up your choice of reasonably priced Valentine themed cookies, brownies, muffins, and other baked goods, all in support of Visions Film Festival and Conference!
Or, maybe you’re not such a big V-Day advocate. Perhaps the ‘love’ that’s in the air is just causing your spring allergies to act up a little early this year. Maybe you just want to get rid of that floating feeling. What better way to settle the butterflies than eating a few baked sweets? Go ahead, indulge!
Just a Hallmark holiday or a day dedicated to true love? Regardless of your personal view of St. Valentine, everyone can find a reason to stop by the Randall Plaza--whether for love, sweets, or most importantly, to support Visions4 and the local film community.
